The Mighty Oak Awards is an annual event celebrating pillars in our community for their dedication and support of improving the lives of others through civic engagement and philanthropy. This year is special for Outreach as we celebrate 35 years of providing services for the community in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The Mighty Oak Award honoree for 2023 is Dr. Ruth Connolly, former Director of Development for Outreach - Center for Community Resources.
The Beth Beh Community Spirit Award is given in recognition of a group or individual(s) that has a long-standing devotion to community service through education, volunteer work, and citizen connections. 2023’s recipients are Kate Holod, Outreach Board Member and Bill Burnell, GED Instructor for Outreach..
