Outreach Center for Community Resources is aiming to help 120 low-income/at-risk children in the greater Scranton area start the school-year off right with an age-appropriate backpack filled with crayons, glue, scissors, and other school supplies. Education is critical to future success. Let's remove one challenge these kids face, and send them off the school with the supplies they need to learn.
